Source tips and record submissions

The UFO Disclosure Files Editorial Desk welcomes submissions from defense analysts, active and veteran military personnel, civil aviation operators, and investigative journalists. To maintain our strict evidence-first policy, please include primary provenance details:

• Direct URLs to official government repositories (.gov, .mil, DVIDS, or congressional record archives).
• Specific document identification numbers, FOIA case numbers, or radar tracking gate designations.
• Unedited metadata, timestamp ranges, and sensor platform types (e.g., AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR, AESA radar, or satellite telemetry).

Confidentiality and digital security

We respect source confidentiality in accordance with established journalistic practices. If you are submitting sensitive or unredacted public-interest documents, do not transmit classified material over unencrypted civilian channels. For secure communications, request our PGP public key via initial contact inquiry.
